Seventeen Girls Day Out To Bali

A joint effort between Surfer Girl and Seventeen magazine saw 21 very privileged Seventeen readers from Indonesia join in the “Seventeen Girls Day Out To Bali.”

 As a special treat they were able to hop on a plane to beautiful Bali for a long weekend of Fun in the Sun for just 2.5  million rp. “Seventeen Girls Day Out To Bali” was packed full of exciting activities. The girls stayed at one of Indonesia's hippest hotel, The Harris Resort. They also tasted a piece of surfing paradise, discovering the magic of surfing at Kuta Beach with Surfer Girl Surf S'cool.

To amp the girls in to giving their best stand-up performance at surfing, a shopping voucher worth 1,000,000rp and a 2 night stay at The Harris Resort would go to 'The Best Surfer Girl'. This super s'cool prize was won by Fithri of Jakarta. That was just the start of the Fun. The girls then went on to a grand shopping spree at Surfer Girl's huge flagship store, located at 138 Jalan Legian, Kuta. There was even a shopping voucher for 'The Most Enthusiastic Participant', which was won by Rani of Jakarta.

 The awesome weekend wrapped up with Delight in the Night, as all the girls dressed up and got treated to a special candlelight dinner down at Made Warung, Jimbaran Bay. Famous for yummy seafood dinners, the tables were set up just meters away from the sea and Bali's Ngurah Rai airport could be seen in the distance. There were planes coming and going...pretty soon it was time for Seventeen's readers to say goodbye too. It was a sweet goodbye and nobody went home empty handed. Everyone had bags full of shopping, a Surfer Girl goodie bag with cool Surfer Girl gear, and memories full of Fun in the Sun, sand, sea and Surfer Girl! See you again in the surf, girls!
